Nice apartments a short drive from Bentonville. Most apartment buildings are 3 stories tall. Two bedrooms & 2 bath apartments are very spacious. You can have a garage for more money. One bedroom apartments are above the garages I believe. Office staff are nice. (Not sure if they still do this, but you could check out a small selection movies for free and that was great). Pool is very nice. Pet deposits & fees are tons though. Could have more parking as sometimes you can’t find a parking spot.

Very nice, peaceful and safe place to live. Office staff is very friendly and very helpful. They provide very good service when needed and their proactive measures keep this place safe and clean. I am living here for years; I can see super good improvement after HPI taking over this property. Last but not least, staff (Doris (manager), Brad (office), Steve and team (maintenance) are awesome members to work with and they hear their customers well. Lot to say but I surely recommend this place to live.

Excellent place to live! The office and maintenance staff are always very friendly, helpful and quick at taking care of things when needed! I really enjoy the on-site pool and gym. The apartment grounds are always kept clean and tidy. Great job Harbin Pointe! ud83dude01

These are reasonably good apartments. The management is new, they took over an year back and since been, they have improved a lot. They are responsive and are real helpful. These are good apartments for the price.

Absolutely stunning. good price. Maintenance staff doesn't weirdly barge in and talk too much. Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend.
