We enjoyed are time at Watercolors and the staff was so helpful in getting us plugged in to the Bentonville community. We loved taking the bike paths to Walmart and downtown Bentonville square. I would highly recommend this community if your new to the area it’s so convenient to everything. Brittany and Amber took care of us in a time of transition and I’m truly great full

New and fresh, got good view from patios. Utilities are included in rent

These apartments are pretty new and very spacious....nIt’s bit expensive thoughnInside community Don’t have much walking kind spacious but looks so beautifulnThe have built small hatch where kids can play around and elder can sitnNice pool & decent areanYou will have good sun lighting for every apartment
