Ran in to get a ramp for a mobility scooter.nnThere was not one out.nnCashier called back and someone brought one to the front of the store for us.nnIt was close to closing and they were sweet and waited while we got the rest of the items we needed.nnMy husband was going to bring the truck up by the store and I was going to wait on the sidewalk with our purchases. Then we could load everything in the truck.nnInstead, one of the clerk's picked up the ramp and walked it out to the truck!nnWhat awesome customer service! We love these guys and gals!
All your diy tools in one place.
They were awesome I bought a generator, right before I had to evacuate. I had bought what I thought was the right fuel at the same time but it slipped past both myself and the cashier, it was not. I came home after evacuation and had to return the generator, they accepted it with no questions.
Was able to find what I needed at a reasonable price. Good customer service.
Good price point for starter grade tools, or infrequently used tools. Service is definitely great, i have never felt marginalized as a woman shopping in a tool store. I often start there when tool shopping
