I love this store. All the weird little things you need they have.

Most horrible experience dealing with this agency and the builder they represent. We put a contract down on a new.construction build. The sub contractors were smoming inside the home and putting them out on the floor and just leaving them due to my child's respitory health and asthma issues we politely asked them can you talk to them and ask for them to smoke outside the home the agency responded and said no we will NOT and you are not allowed to enter that home unless you have written permission from this office. Then what blows my mind is they charge us to paint the ceilings white bc we didn't want all the walls and ceilings to be the same color so we agreed to pay the upcharge in the contract that both parties signed the charge for the white ceilings will be paid at the time of closing they bullied my realtor and us you either pay now or they will not get painted they bullied so much we gave them the check. Then what blows my mind at the start of negotiations the only flooring they would agree to was stained concrete they would not nudge we get 7 days out from closing they call to inform us the stain was done wrong and they will not redo it to make it right we can either take the messed up stained concrete or really cheap glued down vinyl in a 165,000 home they laughed at us. So they want to give cheaper flooring when the error was on their part not right at all. They wouldn't make the floors right so contract was terminated they kept the upgrade money we requested for them to reimburse us the upgrade on the white ceilings and the appraisal fee they denied the request. We were out allot of money they have a bullying mentality take it or leave it. I have bought several homes and this was the worse experience ever. It was unpleasant and they bullied. I left and went to Raulsh Coleman bc they honor their word.
