It’s not difficult to be friendly. Ive called to get more information on a few houses and I wasn’t impressed with the way I was treated. I’ve talked to a few other people who said the same thing, and seeing a few of these other reviews makes me think they might need to take a look at the common denominator here.

Best ever. Moved out here from California so didn’t know a thing about NWA signed a short term lease was as painless as ever. Everything was explained throughly. Bill is awesome the two minor issues we have had he literally had someone over to correct the problem within 30 minutes. Everyone is nice and will always greet you! Honestly was nervous to rent again after a bad experience in California so glad we found this place!

RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!nnMy personal experience with this company has been horrific. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. In my honest opinion, they are rude, difficult to work with and getting my refunded security deposit was a total joke.nnThere are many reputable rental companies with stellar reviews. I should have used one of those.

Not advisable at all rented a house from them, overly priced rent and charged a lot us after vacating house. Poor management experience, least recommended.

Quite Unimpressed.nnRented from these guys and at times it was like pulling teeth to get things worked on or to get them to show up on time for their own appointments. Sold our house to another landlord without even notifying us until deep into the process. Didn't have a copy of the house key so when they tried to show it they called me. When I got there, she had left because she got tired of waiting. They scheduled another walk through and then they forgot they scheduled it. Sent inspectors to the house without notifying me...nnSafe to say they need to get there act together.
