By far the best place to stay! The cheapest 1 month lease, security code to get into building, onto the floor, AND into your room, fully furnished, 2 balconies, fresh linens every week, and the friendliest and most accommodating staff in Bentonville!

Merchant Flats was the perfect place to stay during my relocation to Bentonville. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities are very clean and have everything you will need in a furnished apartment. Merchant Flats is in a great location with several restaurants within walking distance and VERY close to Walmart Home Office.

Wonderful upscale corporate accommodations. Excellent, friendly service. Perfect for the mid to long term imports, like myself. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Internet is both free and fast. Washer and Dryer in your room. Staff is excellent, both office and cleaning. facilities (in room) only missing Keurigs, toasters and HD-TV programming.
