She is a professional with a lot of expertise in the real estate business in general and the local market in particular.nTraveling over 500 miles one-way, numerous times, from Texas to Arkansas to see houses was not an easy task. I loved working with Lenore. As first time home-buyers coming from out of state, we really needed someone we could trust! Lenore and Paul are incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and every detail that goes into buying a home. They noticed so many things that I would have missed. Lenore always responded in real time and made herself available for us. Even after we are in our home they check in and make sure we have info we need. Above and beyond service for sure! Could not recommend more

Where do I even start. I met Lenore 2 years ago when I was searching to buy my first home. I was marginal credit, RD Loan, and wanted to be under $100k. I contacted a few different agents - none of which wanted to give me the time of day. Then came Lenore. She was so enthusiastic to help - regardless of the home price we were looking at. She showed us a few houses and then guided us through the process. Through the buying process she was fantastic. She acted more like a trusted friend -giving honest advice and really being there for us. We ended up buying the perfect home. But now fast forward two years. I got a wild bug and decided I wanted to remodel and sell my house. I did a 70% remodel and decided to sell before it was complete. Not only did Lenore get it sold as is, but she sold it the 1st day it was listed AND she sold it for more than any other house on our street - even the fully remodeled ones!!! I could rave for hours on her experience, her expertise, organizational skills, connections, website /photos she builds, straight forward approach, etc. However, I think the best thing about Lenore is her soul. She cared about me, my home, my situation, my money, and my peace of mind. We have loved working with her and will continue to do so for as long as she is in the business.

I have had the pleasure to work with Lenore and her husband Paul now for a second time. The first time was when my daughter and son-in-law were looking for their forever home and found it with Lenore's expert guidance. And now, Lenore came through again with the sale of my Mom's home out on Beaver Lake. She took the time to guide me through this difficult process with compassion and yet retained a high level of professionalism. Lenore was always available and kept an upbeat, can-do attitude. I would highly recommend Lenore to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Lenore is an amazing realtor! We had already moved out of state when we called her to sell our house. She was amazing and especially during COVID. She pushed things through and gave us peace of mind since we couldn't be there in person. We have worked with a lot of realtors and Lenore is up there at the top. We would highly, highly recommend her to family and friends and everyone.
