Old Town Dry Cleaners

Just used Old Town for the first time and had a great experience. It was quick and I took advantage of the FREE delivery service -- very convenient! Staff was nice and friendly. Plan to use them again! (Also nice that they have multiple locations around town)

I probably won't be using this dry cleaner anymore. Which is unfortunate because they are very convenient. They managed to misplace my clean clothes. It took 4 phone calls over the course of 2 days before anyone found them. And no one ever called me back, even though they always said they would. I had to make the calls to get answers. And I just got a call from them. They are calling their customers looking for a belt they added to someone else's invoice by mistake. I just can't take my nice things to them anymore.
