Our trusted KW selling agent in Atlanta (Juli St. George) recommended Mickey Broach of the KW Duley Group as buying agent. He turned out to be trustworthy and hard-working. We always felt like he had our best interests in mind. To boot, he was genuinely kind, affable, and a good conversationalist. When you're spending so much time with your agent, these qualities are important. His research and guidance helped us to get a good deal on a quality home, and below asking price. Closing at the Duley Group's office in Rogers was pleasant and quick. Truly, go with Duley, and stick with Mick...we chose them for the ride and are very satisfied. :)

My husband and I recently found and purchased our dream home on Beaver Lake in Arkansas. Thanks entirely to our wonderful agent and now good friend Noah Jones. We met Noah over the phone after speaking with several other agents from different agencies who were far less enthusiastic and willing to help. Noah really listened to us and asked the right questions in assessing our needs so that when it came time to look at properties there was no wasted time in traveling to places that did not match our budget. We spent two very comfortable, conversational days with Noah viewing sites that he had chosen specifically with us in mind and learning all about the area. Noah put great effort not only into helping us find our retirement home, but also into navigating the complex process of the bid, the inspection, the escrow and finally the closing. It was clear from the beginning that Noah was on our side 100%. He fought for us through the hiccups and snags as a true ally would. He far exceeded our expectations in every way and we highly recommend him. We feel very fortunate to have worked with him. Our daughter will also be moving to the area and Noah will be the one to help her find her dream home too!
