My husband and I moved to NWA just over a year ago. We were looking for a rent house and in the process Kristen responded to me reagarding a house that was actually ended up being for sale instead of rent. After I described to her what we were looking for, she took it upon herself to ask questions and did all the research in the area and sent us a HUGE list of houses for us to look through and narrow down the ones we liked. The only time we had to make a 4 hour trip to look at houses happened to be on the weekend of July 4th. We had just planned to look around on our own, not knowing anyone or the area AT ALL. Kristen insisted on showing us houses on a holiday. We told her no and that the 5th was fine. We didnt want to take her away from her family on a holiday but she wouldnt take no for an answer. She did all the contacting to the owners/real estate agents ect and scheduled all the showings. She did all the research on each house regarding pets, deposits, ect. Keep in mind, we werent paying her and didnt know her from Adam. We met at the first house at a specific time and she guided us to 7-10 different houses for us to be able to go inside and look at each house. We kept in touch throughout the entire year and actually became friends. She would send little treats to the house and leave them on our front door! Her and her family even came and had lunch one Sunday afternoon after we each got out of church. My family loves Kristin and she has the biggest heart! I would HIGHLY recommend her to find ur PERFECT home!
