We started with our home FSBO and did not get much response at all after a month. Jeremy agreed with our market assessment and listed the house at the same price and had 3 competing offers after a couple of weeks and we sold for over asking price. Their marketing approach makes a difference. These guys kept us informed of all their effort every step of the way and their efforts were significant.nnDuring closing they offered great support also. We have bought and sold several homes and property and this group is top notch. Thank you for the hard work.

Jeremy is an excellent and very friendly realtor. He made my first time home buying experience super easy and enjoyable. I was very nervous as I wasn't sure if I could be a home owner but all my questions was answer honestly and very through which made my decision super easy.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about our realtor Jason and our experience with 12 Stones NWA. Our circumstance was a unique one being that we live in Waco, TX and were relocation to NWA and could not be there in person to work with Jason. He never made us feel as if we were missing out on anything in the entire process being remote instead of in person. We love how efficiently he showed the homes for us, finding things to show us that would need attention or may be inspection issues. He really Allowed us to look around and ask questions about anything we needed to see or saw during the tour, even allowing my parents to join on occasion as our stand ins while we viewed through Skype. He worked tirelessly to help us see any houses that we wanted to see and never made us feel like we were being an inconvenience. We love how well everyone communicated with us and kept us up-to-speed on anything that was going on when we finally did get into contract. We would recommend Jason and 12 Stones NWA a million times over. We cannot wait to get moved next week into our brand new Home! I cannot thank you all enough for the wonderful experience.

Jeremy Cupp and his team did a great job representing me and my property. It was a unique piece of land that probably took a little more work then your average real estate. Sold in exactly 6 months. FSBO was too much work and previous realty couldn't get it sold in 18 months. Thanks Jeremy and 12 Stones.
