Sandy did a great job in helping us find our first home. She was always on time for showings and is detail-oriented. She ensured we were treated fairly and helped guide us in purchasing our first home. When we do decide to buy another home, we will definitely choose Sandy again

We REALLY enjoyed working with Sandy to find our home here in NW Arkansas. Not sure she would say the same about us though, LOL. Not that we were bad clients, but this was a 2 1/2 year effort of us looking at Arkansas, then changing to Texas, then back to Arkansas (from San Diego). We had very specific needs that are hard to find and we encountered difficult situations with sellers and agents (do they put something in the water here??) On the third try we ended up in the house that fit us best. And Sandy handled each challenge professionally and with our best interest at heart. You can't go wrong with Sandy as she is diligent, thorough, straight-forward and honest, professional, but also a friend.

Highly Recommended! We were purchasing a home from out of town, which makes things especially difficult. Sandy answered all our questions about the area and was able to give us tours of the homes using FaceTime. We appreciated her effort to help us feel comfortable with our situation. Sandy is an experienced and professional real estate agent who works hard for her clients and makes things happen. She’s active in the community and a fellow dog lover. Her Wednesday’s with Willie videos she posts reflect that. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Sandy to anyone buying a home in NWA. My experience with Sandy was more than amazing. She preformed superbly as a real estate agent but more than that she was a savvy adviser. She understood my needs and guided me skillfully through out the entire process. On numerous occasions her experience and wisdom saved me from making serious errors. Making a move from another state is difficult at best, Sandy went way out of her way to make this transition comfortable and help ease the stress. She was relentless in the search for the right property and, once it was found, was equally relentless in negotiating the best possible deal. I had complete faith in Sandy throughout the entire process and ended up with the right home, in the right neighborhood, at the right price. You cannot go wrong with Sandy.
