Purchased a new home with the help of Nancy Jones out of the Rogers office. We looked at nearly 60 homes over the course of a month and finally found a new home just under construction in Bentonville. Nancy was great to work with over several trips looking at homes. Further, she provided lots of help in finding doctors, insurance agents and other aspects of moving to a new community. Highly recommended.

We had a challenging process buying a new construction house but our realtor Vicki Bronson was amazing and helped us survive it all! She is very responsive, knowledgeable, and not afraid to ask questions to get you answers. Her knowledge was very beneficial in helping us select the right house for us. She has become more than a realtor to us and we look forward to many, many years of friendship. I also have to give a shout out to Diane Mawby who is also great to work with. She helped us find the right rental house last year and got us started on finding the right house to buy this year, until the virus caused a self quarantine for a special family trip, and that's when Vicki stepped in to help out. Both ladies are great to work with!!! You won't go wrong with either one of them.

I can’t say enough great things about Fred Johnson and his team. They were all so professional (from helping make suggestions for staging our home to sell to showing us multiple properties to buy.)The whole experience was seamless- even during this crazy time in the world. I would HIGHLY recommend using them whether you are selling, buying or both!

I’ve known Somer for several years in other ways and watched the professional way she operates. Although we looked at homes a few times, we hadn’t moved on purchasing one. We never felt pressured or like an inconvenience to her. Regardless, she was always patient, informative, and had the expertise we needed when we were finally ready to commit to a home. Throughout the whole process from contract to closing Somer was invaluable in advising, efficiency, and accuracy for us to get to the closing with confidence. I’m so thankful for her! She would be an asset to anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in the booming NW Arkansas real estate market!
