They make you pay a $500 pet deposit that you won’t get back at all in the end, even if there are no damages, and they towed my car when my roommate called and notified them I got a new one after a car accident so :)

The management is awful! They refused to repair things in the apartment for weeks at a time. We finally ended up just moving out. Broke our lease and now they have a collection agency on us. They kept our deposit. The place is simply there to collect money on a complex they have no intention on keeping up with.

Maintenance is horrible!!! No emergency contact other than leaving a message!! Most of them look like tweakers too!! New Manager Cody is a douche and thinks he’s better than everyone also. Suppose to have parking stickers on back glass to secure your parking by your building but who cares everyone and their mom gets to park in your spots with no repercussions what so ever!! This place is a joke! And when my lease is up they expect me to pay $930 a month for a place not even worth $600!

I really like to live here. Management is great. The property is well maintain and I have very good neighbors.
