Excellent service. Toppings look fresh. Clean store. The young man who works afternoons to closing has good work ethic.

Good Subway, but the messed up my online order, then I call and the person I spoke to was smart mouthed to me telling me that if have to come all the way back with ALL 3 sandwichs that they messed up. Well I did! And was kind of appalled... At the service, by now it was closing time and they didn't have white bread, bacon, onions, or lettuce!!! So in return for the order being completely messed up 1st time round, I get bare meat sandwichs with sauces..... Not very tasty. Could had made these sandwiches at home for pennies on the dollar. Clean subway, just don't order away from the in person sandwich method. And for God sakes, don't show up 30 mins before closing!

Food is always good. Poor kid was doing fine. But old lady was lazy and rather just wait at register doing nothing instead of helping the 5 people line. So the poor kid had to make all the orders by himself while the old lady stood and waited for someone to checkout.nnWaited 18 minutes until we were able to make our sandwich.

Please don't bother visiting this Subway at 14th St, Exit 86. Of all the Subways I've ever been, this is the worst in Bentonville. Once this was good, but looks like it's run by some interns. I've got really soggy subs which is impossible to eat. The chicken was undercooked as well. While I raised concern about this footlong, the salesperson asked me for a paper receipt even after I told them that it's an ONLINE order.
