Subway

Thankyou for making it right when I ordered turkey for pickup but got ham.

Not horribly bad place. Pretty efficient on time, but have ordered from there 4 times and each time I verify the subway app has shown toasted yet none of the sandwiches come out toasted. Maybe this may be an opportunity to train them on either reading a ticket or using a toaster?

Yesterday afternoon I went to order a sandwich. I saw a sign that said cash only, when I went in there the lady was taking the order and while she put the sandwiches in the toaster, she checked out the people in front of me grabbing the cash and then returning to add the veggies without changing her gloves. She contaminated all the food she was touching by not changing her gloves and who knows for how long she had been doing that. With this pandemic that is making things worse.

Normally have no problem, today I did a mobile order and both of my sandwiches (subway melt) had no cheese, no mayo, no onion or banana pepper, which I had put to have on both sandwiches. Idk if someone new was working or someone who doesn't care...first time I've had a problem but unfortunately I had to literally pay for it.

I always enjoy the Subway sandwiches. The veggies and meat are so fresh and the sandwich is personally made to your taste.
