If I could give a lower rating, I would. I used their services a total of three times and on the third time they ruined a tailored $500 wedding vest. I took it in to have a spot removed. When I went to pick it up, the spot was still there with 5 extra spots. Needless to say, they had to reclean my vest. I went to pick up my vest again and, while they did get the original spot out, the removal of the other spots stripped the color out of the vest. Those spots were likely cleaner they had splashed on it. The manager was called over to inspect the debacle and he claimed to not see what both I and the counter worker could clearly see. When both of us pointed it out to him, he said there was nothing they could do about it. That it is the risk you take when you get your clothes dry cleaned. Do NOT bring your clothes here. They take no responsibility for their work.

Had a minor glitch, it was handled quickly and professionally. How well they handled a customer problem shows their commitment to service and value they bring. They use nice hangers too!
