Big Ben Cleaners - Olive Street Laundry

I came here to the location on olive street in Rogers. It looked abandon but i went to see if it was unlocked and it was so i proceeded inTo the building. They only have the larger front loading washers that are $3 (cheapest ) to $8. I am not a fan of front load at all becasue the clothes are not clean and agitated correctly. I went to put in the $3 and 2 of the wahers required.50 more to start. Then when i went to pour in tge laundry detergent it was filthy. I mean if someone it allergic to certain detergents this qould be a night mare. I started the washers only 1 washer start leaking out the front, 2 of my socks got caught i. The rubber area in the front of the washer and did not escape to be washed . ( why i do not like front washers) 1 washer took 32 min 1 took 26 min 1 took 24. All on the same settings.nOk. Lookong around the area where you sit it is dirty and the qalls desperately need a little touch of paint. They need some fans going and maybe aTV . Restrooms are locked so you have to leave your clothes to go to the Convenience store next door .

Its clean, well maintained, and staffed.. ive never had a problem with any of the machines. If you do your washing there from 10am till 2pm you get free drying .. nice touch... owner and staff are friendly . I will continue to use them for as long as im in the area.

No stinky washers! Fast dry time. Different size washers and one extra large dryer if needed. Very clean. Bathroom door is locked at night to keep crimes from being committed in it but EZ*Mart is right next door.

The drop off laundry service is so nice. I get everything back folded and clean! All I have to do is put my clothes away. The Ladies that work there are very nice and patient. They are clear and upfront about pricing. I wish I could use their service all the time!

It got the job done -- the place is not what I consider clean by any means. Arrived around 8:30am as we were leaving at 9:30 a very nice lady showed up to sweep up. This place needs a full scrub down.
