I asking for quote on the lumber, scot do for gentle, after 1 hour I coming back to buy the lumber and the manager say the price is change is double on the quote price, I don't recommend

Recently ordered windows hear. Took couple of months to deliver. Also they missed some windows while delivering first time. No information provided about missing widows, until I found it. Also didn't get much customer services. Waiting for my missing windows ud83dude1fud83dudc4e

It is nice to deal with professionals who know the business. I got the help I needed to load my lumber at a competitive price.

Called and asked for Quentin to quote a special order door. Explained this was needed as soon as possible. This was on a Friday morning. Didn’t hear anything back by Monday so called and left message to call me back. Have also sent emails directly with no return. Today is Tuesday. Called this morning still no quote said they would find him and have him call me back. Still no response. It’s now 4pm on Tuesday evening called again. Was told he is busy and would have him call me back.nGuess if your not a high volume contractor you don’t get any service here. I have cash to purchase told them I needed to order ASAP. Guess it doesn’t mater.
