Came in for lower highlights with darker roots and left with full head of blonde hair and lines cut across where my hair is not colored correctly. i look like a 1960’s striped pumpkin shirt. also asked for a v haircut and was given a straight across haircut. my hair is so fried, i am unable to get shampoo to my scalp without ripping my hair apart.nbeen going here for 7 years and very disappointed that it was taken advantage to do whatever they pleased.ndo not recommend for your coloring needs.
