I recently bought a Bella Vista home with a Septic System (which I’ve had and am acquainted with over 40 years).nHowever, I have never heard of a ‘Diversion Valve!’ I felt I really really needed to know more about this, which had eluded me decades! ha!nWhen I called— I had to explain (a few times) I did not need a specific service....just someone to find my Diversion Valve...and explain it to me.nONCE THEY UNDERSTOOD-THEY WERE VERY RECEPTIVE TO HELPING ME ud83eudd17nI apologize, I didn’t catch the male/female team that came to my home...BUT THEY WERE WONDERFUL!!! They had the PATIENCE I was anxious about receiving!!! Wonderful experience!!! Definitely will recommend BBB!!
Company was exceptional with calls of reminders, to when they would arrive. Let me know if there were any issue making sure they kept me informed on what they did and how to prevent any problems in the future.
Michelle with BBB Septic did an exceptional job helping my client & I with a soil test for a land lot. She went out of her way to keep us informed and we were able to meet our tight timeline and closed the transaction on time. We will definitely use BBB again! Thank you Michelle!!
Had my septic tank cleaned
We called BBB to have our septic tank pumped. Angie was on time and very personable. She was quick and gave us an overview of how the system was functioning well and what is expected. Overall a great experience and very reasonable price for the service.
