Sanitation department and woman who answers is a joke. If I could give a -1000 I would. It’s almost 10nAt night our sewer alarm is going off and can’t get a hold of anyone on police or sewer departments no emergency number nothing. Don’t move to this city.

Officer who serviced an automobile accident was rude, short, accusatory, and seemingly racist. He was very short, annoyed, and aggravated with my questions. I am white. He is Hispanic. The tow company drivers were Hispanic and the officer seemed jolly and happy while speaking with other Hispanics, but when he dealt with my white friend and I, he was professional, but far from cordial, as we know he can be based on his interaction with other hispanics. He likewise accused me of lying. Totally annoyed. I wonder if cops would be more respectable if they were required to attain a college degree? I find it odd that the occupation in our country requiring the most discretion, tact, and responsibility, requires the least amount of education and training. High school diploma, run a mile, get a gun, above the law.
