Subway

The sandwiches we're not good. Not sure why maybe the freshness of ingredients .. and the employees didn't put the effort into making a great sandwich like we normally get and expect at a subway.. will not return to this location unfortunately.

They had my sandwich and are fast. Chicks were hot

ordered a sweet chicken teriyaki sub. toasted. the chicken was not marinated in the teriyaki sauce it was just added on top like a topping. the chicken was cold not hot like it is suppose to be. If I wanted a cold sandwich I would have ordered one. the chicken was not preheated before toasting.

Excellent customer service. We always like Subway food, but the service can be good or bad depending on the location. The two young ladies at this location were very friendly and helpful.

I need to speak to a district manager. Ashley is her name she wouldn’t let me speak she talked over me the whole time I tried to explain to her that I didn’t get extra veggies or sauces. On one sandwich they never informed us that they were out of Italian herbs and cheese after I called. And got Italian instead and she said she watched the cameras and saw them put 6 onions on my sandwich then she told me that when we ask for more they put 3 more on there then said there should have been 8 onions when asked for more so her math is not correct. I barely got any sauce at all and said she couldn’t remake sandwiches and said she spoke to district manager and he said he couldn’t do anything about it. I’m not happy. It’s also their job to make the customers happy and their customer service is not very good. Spoke to another manager and told her exactly what happened and she said she would replace them now it’s a huge fight for 2 sandwiches. I would like to speak to the district manager please and thank you.
