Food was dry

I ordered a meal, I received waffle fries instead of curly fries.nThe thing is that I said no to the receipt because I didn't think that I'd need it. I went home and found out that I didn't get the fries I ordered, I went back and asked them to replace it but I was denied because I didn't had a receipt. That all happened in less than 30 minutes, I'm not trying to be rude but do they have a short memory loss or were they having a bad day?nEither way, if I was working there as a clerk, I definitely would remember someone that came to my store 1-30 minutes ago (even longer!).

Service was FANTASTIC. So nice to have a friendly experience at the drive thru. Food was great lemonade was watered down.

Cold, tough roast beef. Was the worst Arby's we have ever been to. Will never go back. Was wasted money.
