Zips Car Wash

I was there on a busy Saturday, but the line moved relatively smoothly. They offer three wash price points. I didn't have to wait for vacuums. If there was a kiosk or machine to purchase wipes to clean my interior, I didn't see it.

Increased my membership without notification. Simply added features and started to charge my credit card. Unable to get ahold of anyone for days. It would just ring if you called the 855 number. Finally was able to get ahold of someone in billing. Not apologetic, nor very helpful. Cancelled membership!!nnIf you decide to use this place - Watch your bill closely!!

Damaged a $100000 car By telling me to back out.nAccepted responsibility, Their insurance company accepted responsibility.. 60 days later had to repair my own car.. Now the insurance company calling.. Accepted responsibility love refusing to pay and because they don't like my receipt.... In the process of suing that location

I've been to a few locations across NWA, this location being very similar in experience. Property was tidy and easy to navigate between car wash lanes and vacuum lanes. I would prefer a smaller vacuum head to reach tight spaces, but the price (free) can't be beat. Carwash itself was effective and quick, seems like their water pressure was higher than normal which was a good thing for me, but may deter folks who have older cars with loose seals or decals.

A good wash that's very convenient.
