Didn’t have what I wanted in stock and could not cancel my order so that messed up my coupon but no fault of the employees. It was ok not too busy
Dulce the cashier was so sweet & outgoing! I loved her personality. I didn’t get the guys name who was helping me match my foundation but he was amazing as well! This was my first experience at Ulta and most definitely will be back. :)
Had a haircut with Rachel and was very impressed with everything. She is a wonderful young lady and a very talented hairstylist. I also really appreciated that there was no pressure to buy specific hair products. I'll definitely be back!
Very neat place with a-lot of products. However when searching my info, another person I had no idea was under my telephone #. I informed the lady I have had my number last 15+ years and there should be no one under that except myself. However she refused to change it and now I have someone on my account. Makes no sense why she would not change it. The only reason I will not be back and go elsewhere.
The lady that help me find what I needed (Nicki) was very helpful and pleasant. Also the cashier she was a sweet little red head was a doll very sweet and pleasant. I Spent 119.00 for a Xmas present use my rewards and 20 percent coupon paid 7.00 cash in the end it was a great day at Ulta.
