Guys at the counter were great. They gave clear, concise explanations of how everything worked and were very friendly
I rarely ever leave bad reviews but when it’s bad, it’s bad. I’ve had many massages in my life and my masseuse was the worst, she had no flow, and kept doing painful things that I’ve never had a masseuse do (again I’ve had plenty of massages and my life and know they vary one to the next) but the chick they have working there is giving massage envy a bad name and needs to go back to school or something.
Kirby is very good at what she does. Covid Safe practices in use.
Excellent massage place! Patrick Hunter is the best therapist I have ever had! He is patient, gentle and reads the body like no other. He can do deep tissue work but understands that the muscles have to be warmed up and the superficial muscles need to relax before you can work the deep muscles to prevent pain and bruising after the massage. I wish I could have brought him with me when I moved!!!
I think it would be really helpful if you had pics and bios of your massage therapists on your website. That way we as customers could feel a little more familiar with who would be giving the massage or treatment. Other than that I had a great experience.
