RED NAILS

I love Red Nails - Jess & Emily (Danny too) take great care of my mom and I on a regular basis. Super easy to make appointments every time and confirm via text. We feel safe with all the COVID regulations in place. I SOOO look forward to those foot massages - they can cure just about any stress!! I must have good looking, sturdy nails in my daily life and these women make that happen. Thank you for the dependable service, time, and effort in making our nails beautiful daily!!

A few days ago I called making an appointment but I accidentally called the wrong place. Went to red nail thinking it was there and the older lady was literally YELLING at me and when I say YELLING SHE WAS YELLING. It just showed how awful customer service is there. Then my mom walked in and she stopped yelling but was still raising up her voice at me. After that we left.nnA couple days later.. My mom loves it there so much so she made an appointment for my grandma since it was her birthday, and they said “okay we’ll call you” however I didn’t get a call or anything neither did my mom. So we just went there and the place was close and the sign said it’s open 11-7 and the lights were off and doors were locked. I called the number telling them we were here for our appointment and once again she started yelling at me. This time I did not hold back and I told her we were not going back and it’s the second time she’s done this. I called Cindys nails and they said we can go with no problem and they have a wayyy better service than themnnThey’re overall performance is good but their customer service is AWFUL like who yells at their customers?! As a business you need to respect your customers and treat them good and obviously red nail does not do that. Very disappointed in them and I hope you guys can read this before you go and think about it. I don’t want you guys to go through the yelling.

i got white tip nails today at this excellent place ,they are taking all the sanitary precautions which is super important . About the nails, I AM IN LOVE WITH MY NAILS !! i highly recommend this place !!!!!, definitely coming back . very welcoming place to get your nails done!!
