I have gone to this place occasionally for many years. The only time I got my hair cut the way I wanted it (not most of it removed & even more straggly that it was before), is when the student cut it the way I told her & showed her to & not the so-called instructor. This last time was so bad I will NEVER go back & caution anyone else who doesn’t want to lose literally half their hair to go someplace, ANY place else. I have to assume the students are on some kind of scoring system payment schedule where if they don’t do it the way their “”instructor” shows them & not the way the client shows & tells them to, they get some sort of demerit- & I know they are not there for their health. My hair was literally down to my hips. It took SIX YEARS to get it to the length it was! I showed & told the student Meg I wanted only a couple inches cut off in a very shallow angle rounded layer, not blunt cut. I couldn’t see what was done until I got home where the lighting is better & because I’d had her rebraid it. My hair is now barely to my shoulder blades, is all different lengths & fuzzes out after being braided for awhile. I am horrified & would be tempted to go & demand my money back- or better my hair if that were possible. DON’T GO HERE FOR SERVICE & DON’T GO FOR TRAINING- YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!

The grils are amazing. If thiers something thier not sure about they know to ask thier instructors. I have extremely curly long hair and they did a very good job of cutting it.
