I have lost so much money at this laundry mat. Several machines wash your clothes then will not spin them dry. Had to take clothes out and rewash in another machine. I will not go back to this laundry.
One of the cleanest in the area but several machines were either marked out of order or weren't marked and took our money and would never turn on. The owner was notified and never offered a refund.
Horrible customer service and No Hours of operation posted ANYWHERE!! Just moved to Gravette, don't have my washer and dryer yet. Had a long day and realized had to wash hubby' s work clothes. Ran to laundry mat, started a load, went and sat in car cause it was FREEZING inside. A lady walked up with keys in her hand, I asked if she was closing , she said Yes, it's closed. I told her I had laundry washing, she got very rude and said Ugh....REALLY?? I said yes and apologized, she didn't say 1 word to me, she opened the door looked to see how much time the washer had and walked off mumbling and shaking her head. It was 9:40pm. So tonight I got there at 8:45 doors are locked and she's inside cleaning! POST YOUR HOURS AND LEARN TO BE NICE IF YOU RUN A BUSINESS!!
It's always clean the washers and dryers do a very good job.. I enjoy visiting with the other customers there.. It makes the time pass quickly.
Takes quarters ONLY and no change machine. I guess you dont wanna make money!!!!!
