PLEASE! Do yourself a favour and don't book a bus or tour with the long travel company. The bus driver almost killed us a couple of times. His phone calls were more important than focusing on the traffic. It was our worst drive of our whole vietnam trip. Never again.

It was okay but the people in front of the hotel who sell tours etc. were incredibly rude and also shouted at tourists who needed help. They would only offer help if you paid them, so it was unprofessional.

We took a bus from tam coc to cat ba.nThe staff was really unfriendly and payed more attention to their phone than to us.nBus driver drove like a madman even for Vietnamese terms.nTrip took 1,5 hours longer than advertised.nAC in the Bus was broken.nThe worst thing was they advertise a free drive to the hotel but kick you out of the bus somewhere and IF you have a drink in a cafe they afterwards offer you a “free” drive to the hotel. Straight up LYING and a SCAM, specially when you are on crutches.

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING HERE. It is a real nightmare! Double price, waiting for hours without any info... the worst place i’ve ever been in all countries i’ve visited in Asia and we could not even claim. Our bus was supossed to start at 20:00 and at 22:30 it pop up with no places for adults so we had to try to find a place to sleep and to book something different the day after. In our case the hotel booked it for us so our recommendation is to ask for the company name if you are booking through the hotel any kind if transportation
