Great service! Alway on time, comfortable and safe ride, our driver were happy, friendly and very informative, USB cables for charging my phone was easy and convenient and wifi on the car very strong for search web or watch film on my phone/music. Complimentary water and leather seats make the 4 hours and 0 minutes trip to Sapa a breeze, and it was well worth little with the rate is $ 300 US Dollars for an 3 days round trip by the SUV car with experience English Speaking Driver and we were in Comfort with feel safe on the long hill ways to Sapa

Highly recommend!nnThis company is often reccomend by the regulars on the TripAdvisor in Hanoi forum.nnAs I had a late arrival into Hanoi's Noi Bai (HAN) airport I decided to give them a try.nnI contacted, rather last moment, by e-mail, and received a prompt response. Made the booking with a credit card without any problems. The driver was waiting for me at the designated pick up point, smooth as silk.nnSpecially, we can get an upgrade New Fortuner SUV car with Experience Enlish speaking driver who can use WhatsApp with us when picked up and communicated by English with us from them instead of 05 seater carnnThe price was $16 USD with a small service fee, essentially the same as the hotel would have charged.nnI would use them again for sure
