Please change your old taxis. Air conditioning is very bad. don't try to go the long route. we all know the fastest route. Some drivers are horrible.

I am very unhappy with Mai Linh taxi driver. My family included both adults, a 2-year-old baby and a 6-month-old baby took the car to Uncle Ho's mausoleum. Actual distance is only 3.5km, but the driver took the long way up to 11km. Not only that, the driver then ran faster, weaved in between traffic and drove in a zigzag fashion, causing the baby to scream crying. I can not accept the disregard for passengers' lives & safety and service attitude of the driver. My family could not visit Uncle Ho's mausoleum (time out for visiting) because the driver drove in the long way. I think Mai Linh should train the driver team and have clear sanctions. Nowadays with the competition on price (compare to grab, uber) and the qualities of service, me and my family will not choose Mai Linh in the upcoming trip!

Almost every Mai Linh taxi I have taken in Hanoi in the last 2 years has smelt terrible and the driver cheats you, going in circles or cheating the meter. Don't use this taxi company.
