Sometimes if I am lucky, I will find a good representative to help. In total of 6 phone calls and I found 2 were good And tried to help with heart. I needed to change the return date sooner, but unfortunately the return date kind of fell into busy time. The first representative I talked to was talking to me very inpatient and not helpful, so I just let it go and tried to call back to hope to have different person. Second one was trying to help but not solved any of my problem. I finally gave up and called a representative in Canada (which I think they are in Malaysia). I told them my whole situation and desperately needed to return home soon with agreement to go different route instead of original route as long as I got to my final destination. I got help in a good manner and patience. They were willing to search and help me to find the best way home without breaking my bank and very patient. My first time flight with Korean Air and it was not a good impression to have Service like this since everyone I knew of told me Korean Air is good.nAnyhow, for anyone did not have a good service at this location, just try to call a different location in different country to get your problem solved instead.

Horrible customer services I called them total 27 times and no one is answer the phone. Alway hangup after it ring. It’s going be mine first and last with Korea Airline.
