This building is office complex with 13 floors for rental, 2 floors for coffee shops, cafes and restaurants and top floor for maintenance service. It is just beside Ibis hotel and they are in same address so travellers can work combining with stay at hotel. In addition, there are a lot of convenient services such as shopping malls, coffee shops, a variety of restaurants, game centers, attractions, tourist booking, Gyms... within 2 kilometers from this building. Moreover, you can travel to center of HCM city by a lot of vehicles such as buses, taxi, Grabbike, Grabcar... You also are very easy to rent personal transportation vehicles such as cars, motorcycles. Of course, you an walk to Tan Son Nhat international airport within 15 minutes. This is a great place to work and relax.

The hotel is near airport and there are some nice coffee bar arround, there is a building with many shops and food bars for you to enjoy.

Good services, nice bathroom and that's all I know
