Used this airport pick up service based on the reviews. Initial pick up was great, and email conversation was easy.nDecided to take them up on the offer to transfer back to the airport for $10 but the driver decided he’d turn up 30mins before the time we booked for and then just decided to leave as we weren’t ready. Leaving us stranded!!!!nTelephone numbers attached to email are useless.

Taxi drivers at Hanoi Airport are thieves and cheaters. Yesterday, one of them stole 500,000 dong from my bag on the way from the airport. In Hanoi use only Grab and never the taxis waiting at the airport.
