This is a small and quiet station, it’s nice and clean. The station is near the center of the city so easy access and convenient.

I'm impressed by the punctuality, most importantly. Of course, it is difficult to communicate with staff who don't speak English or if you don't speak Vietnamese. There are no accurate websites to my knowledge that give you set departure times, so it's best to ask for times ahead of the day you wish to take the train. The train offers compartments with comfortable seating and air-conditioning. Get out your google translators, it'll come in handy for requesting these inexpensive life-savers :)
