Why did we come back? It's not the same as it was years ago. 1 hour wait for cold chips and over cooked grey fish. 29 dollars for half doz oysters??? The dry coleslaw and crab stick were the best part of the meal. Hopefully we won't be lured back by the view. Toilets were clean.

Went to the Bistro after not being to Samson for over 12 months. Wanted my favourite, Spanish Mackerel. I couldn't find it on the menu and the young chap serving told me told me it wasn't on the menu.....whaaaat???nThe lady doing the cooking heard my reaction and said she could do me my Spanish Mackerel. It was a big serve and delicious. Thankyou.

Great place to enjoy looking out to sea and enjoy a nice cold beer with a fish and chips lunch.

Good food and service.nGet there at 5 for dinner if you want a table.
