Living Ponds

Just purchased a solar pump setup, great service and best prices around (I’m based in NZ by the way but that didn’t stop me buying from Perth). Geoff was very helpful via email and phone, international delivery was quick, pump tested ok, very happy for now. Thanks again Geoff.

Darian of Living Ponds is such a consummate professional amd his dedication to his work and the business is an inspiration. We have used Living Ponds for several years and every time they’ve not only fixed what others could not - but also gone out on a limb several times to make sure everything works beautifully. A beautiful sparkling pond is now what we enjoy and no need to worry any more.

Great shop, but sadly the two sales-blokes running it may convert 'your living-pond' into a 'dying-one'. Visited to 'only to test my pond water’ ...but they were trying to force sales of their pellets. According to the Uk sales guy "Goldfishes when moved; from an aquarium where they thrived on real frozen-foods to a Pond, ... ironically the fishes wants to change its diet to Pellet food!" lol - the first Ive ever heard of :-). Glad to have this opportunity educating them in natural streamlets, rivers or ponds, fishes don’t have access to pellet food. Fishes naturally thrive on vegetation, mosquito larva, worms or shrimps, ...obviously the UK sales guy who claims to do this for a living. now suddenly finds it hard to digest facts and a "difference-in-opinion", hence falsely accuses of being rude! lol :-) its understandable if he may find simple facts impolite. One star for the shop location with great signage!

Absolute awesome service and competitive pricing. Im in Sydney and purchased from Perth, as the suppliers and Sydney do not give you the time of day and service you are looking for when trying to make a decision on what you need.
