Terrible, ordered multiple dishes that came out completely different. Same with drinks, tasted like the coke was tap coke poured into bottles, gave me the wrong beer. Dishes and table cloth filthy. Hair in food. Food tastes poor. Fish in aquarium floating upside down. Possibly the worse dining experience I have ever had. I'd rather be eating bake beans in a nuclear bunker than return to this nightmare

We are here to have a set menu meal at lunch time for a birthday and need to wait pretty much 1hr for one meal.... one freaking hr. Its quite ridiculous....really need to change the kitchen hand and chef to bring out the food faster. And the restaurant is not even half full. Wont be back again.

Was seated at 12pm after 55 minutes our entree came out 55 MINUTES! And now been waiting another 45 minutes for our main meal. Still here waiting here. I had high expectations for this place im with my family and I've lost soo much face. You need to really improve on this. Please take this seriously.

I had a terrible experience here a couple of weeks ago, wasn’t a very busy night so there was no excuse to wait 2 HOURS for our entrees. And not long after we were told that they had begun to prepare our mains. Wasn’t asked for drinks during this time either. The whole wait for poor service and average food.

Tried many local restaurants and this one trumps them all! Food is superb, staff terrific,a perfect place for a special dinner or celebration.
