Friendly staff, knowledgeable but able to say when they're not sure but will find out for me in a moment. Very happy with experience, will shop again

The staff are friendly enough unfortnately only a couple of staff seem 2b knowledgeable. They have a good range of dog and cat food both dry and wet they have DIY dog wash. They have some fish and a small range of aquaruim accessories and food they hold the higher end ones which is good. They do water testing also.

Friendly and informed staff. Good selection
