I often go into this shop and are served by friendly staff , however on Friday I was served by a young lady who was nothing short of absolutely rude blunt and to top it off just said "receipt?".... Of which I replied " Oh yes please I would love a receipt, and may you have a Wonderful Christmas"... In all my years of working in Retail I have never ever experienced such rudeness ever. If ever you are not in the right headspace to deliver top notch customer service at the counter you should just remove yourself from the register as this is not the job for you. Kind Regards & Happy New Year !!!
