Petbarn Cockburn Gateway

Left my 13 weeks old puppy there at the groomers for 3.5 hours to be groomed for the first time, she did look lovely until the minute we got in the car. Clearly she hadn't been to the toilet that whole time and pee'd everywhere meaning she was now covered in pee and smelt!! The drive home was half an hour and as soon as we got home she had never drunk so much water in her life. Would like to know if these people allow the dogs (especially puppies) go to the toilet during this experience or have some water?! She is toilet trained but obviously couldn't hold it in any longer the poor thing :(

Today was my first time visiting this branch and loved their customer service. The way they approach you with a smile to make sure you are all ok. And if you ask them a question they have sufficient knowledge about their products to help you make the right decision. Thank you!

Fair size and a reasonable range. Staff were pleasant and helpful. There were a few items out of stock that could have been better managed.

Tanya the Pet Salon Manager and the Pet Grooming staff are really lovely people, as are the staff in the store, I had pets groomed here today, the full service as well as purchasing Pet toys from the store. The Pet Barn Cockburn salon staff are extremely talented. I took long hair tatty Post Covid lock down pets that had not had a hair cut since before our WA lock down, and received back impeccably perfect pooches with not one hair out of place! The skill at this Pet Barn Salon is unbelievably good. Thank you Tanya and the all staff. xx

Our two Bichons looked beautiful after their groom yesterday, thanks ladies⭐ Most importantly they were happy & seemed to enjoy the experience👍
