I was extremely happy with the service I received. Jenny went out of her way to help me organise speedy delivery of a parcel to a patient in the Hervey Bay Hospital. I dropped package off at pickup point, Jenny then rang me with price, I paid by credit card over phone, confirmed with email and all was done. Parcel received very early next day . Highly recommend Pack & Send Mackay.

Everything was packed with care and lots of bubble wrap. A carton had to be specially made to accommodate some bigger items. Tracking was good until the items hit NZ, where DHL were rather vague in their tracking reports. Our items took less time to travel from Mackay to Sydney, then they did from Auckland to Wellington (about a 1/3 the distance).

Thank you for the super quick delivery, got there quicker than expected. Service was top class, receiver was very happy with the packaging, it was well wrapped up and safe from potential damage. I will certainly be using Pack & Send Mackay again.
