Super friendly staff, very chatty, I've been going there for years now and have never had a bad experience, Mel usually cuts my hair but I couldn't get in with her so Taylor cut it and did an excellent job, Rachel put my colour on for streaks and did a freat job too, well done guys, you're all great

I’m a regular client at this salon and I’ve never been disappointed. The staff are all friendly and very welcoming and I would Highly recommend to friends, family and anyone looking to feel loved and respected. The girls are always so accommodating and they always take into consideration of how I want me hair styled and coloured. Gave them a try when I moved to the area and have been a regular customer since. When I showed up to them I was trying to fix a very poor dye job done by another salon. My hair was so dark it was almost black when I prefer a light brunette/blonde colour. I told them that I understood it would take a few sessions to get back to the colour I liked.nnIncredibly, they got pretty close in ONE session. The stylist went above and beyond, using multiple dye mixes, even redoing a second coat (or however it's phrased) to try and lighten it a bit more.nnAt the end they charged me a very reasonable cost considering the extra work they put in. I am very appreciative. The staff are lovely and I generally always get in at my allotted appointment time.

Helensvale Hair Design is definitely my go to salon on the Gold Coast. The talented and friendly staff are the reason I keep returning. Helensvale Hair Design reminds me of a high end salon I used to frequent in Canada but half the price! Would highly recommend this place!!!
