Australian Skin Clinics - Brickworks Southport

Great clinic, professional and friendly. Really happy with my treatments and would def recommend. These guys are value for money, actually have machines that do the treatments you book in for and the staff are very well trained, polite and have excellent customer service skills.

Had to share my experience with brickworks clinic. When it was sold out they changed laser machines, I had a bad experience with it and decided to not use that type of machine again. The staff were rude and told me the only choice I had was to continue with the treatments, they would not give me a number or email for manager and did not offer a gift card or anything else.nAfter emailing head office, brickworks manager emailed me and offered a gift card for a friend of mine but it took a week before anyone offered me anything else. And how the staff treated me over the phone was terrible, iv been using Australian skin clinics for years and did not expect this.nJust wanting to let people know that it is your money and your body so you are aloud to say no if any treatments do not work for you or if you feel uncomfortable with the staff doing the treatments.nI ended up coming into the clinic and buying products with the remaining of my money but wouldn't not recommend this clinic to friends

I rang Australian Skin at Bundall last week. I was enquiring about what cosmetic procedures the clinic has available.nI spoke to a nurse called Naomi. She was able to provide me with the knowledge of what products the clinic has and how they work,nas well as offering a complementary consultation when I come in. This eased my mind as it will be my first treatment within cosmetics. Thanks very much. I can’t wait to come into clinic.

Don’t bother wasting your time with this place. Called their office Tuesday 16/07/19 to enquire about their lips+anti-wrinkle package. I wanted to know what products were used such as Juvaderm or Restylane, Botox or Dysport and how many units and mls were included in the package. The receptionist had no idea and was not able to tell me and claimed that no-one in the clinic would know and that I should just come in for a consult. I explained to her that my decision to have my treatment done at Australian Skin Clinics would depend on what products were included in the package therefore there would be no point in me coming in if only to later be told it only included for example Restylane instead of Juvaderm. She said that if I really wanted to know then I would have to wait for the injector to call me back tomorrow (17/07/19). Well that day has been and gone with no phone call. I called today again to follow up and was told the injector was on annual leave for another week. I explained that I had been told on Tuesday that she would be in from Wednesday to Friday before her annual leave. Brittany then explained that the injector called in sick yesterday and now was on leave from today so I would have to wait until 25/07/19 to get a call back. I asked if there was a practice manager or anyone there that I could speak to that would have any info about the products offered and she stated no. I advised Brittany that this was unfortunate as I would now be taking my business elsewhere which is a shame as I would have been a regular customer for these treatments as well as wanting laser hair removal. Instead of trying to find a solution she just said that was fine. What sort of clinic doesn’t have any staff that are aware of what products they are advertising or what drugs are used on patients? What sort of clinic has a practice manager that isn’t even aware. Definitely will not be coming to this place and will be advising friends and family to steer clear. Completely unprofessional and concerning to say the least.
