So much money for so many hairs missed! Will hold off for my usual salon in future. I'm so disappointed. I've been tweezing for hours!!!nnGood customer service allowed me another try of this salon. Jen did a much better job. I would go back to her.

I had an email offering discounted waxing as they were training a new therapist. I was pleasantly surprised to have the fully qualified therapist perform the waxing and showing the trainee as she went along,nI was very happy with my experience at Robina B B and would highly recommend anyone to go visit this store, All staff are so friendly, helpful and the store is always clean and tidy.

Great salon, lovely staff. Have been going to BB for a few years now, have seen a different therapist almost every visit and could not fault any of them. Professional, efficient and friendly.
