USA NAILS & FOOTSPA

I was extremely disappointed with my nails. Multiple times I requested black nails and once they were done they looked fine. But as soon as I walked outside into the light I was appalled at the disgusting navey blue colour that they were. And to add to this disappointment they were $80 dollars and I won't be recommending it either. I will never go back to this shop again and will be telling everyone else I know not to go either. Also a very rude factor was they were speaking in their own language while seemingly pointing and laughing at another customer.

Unfortunately I had to rate this shop as a 1 star as there was no option of zero. My granddaughter wanted an exprerience of getting her nails done. Yes she was 12 but they took her $75 cash with pleasure and did them for her. They lasted 2 days and I’ve asked for a refund even a portion but to no avail. They say she was too young, why was this not told to her when she sat down. I’m absolutely appalled that they didn’t even offer half of her money back, even after I told them it was her Christmas money. DISGUSTING.

My friend and I went for a Pedicure. We had booked a time slot for 3 people which they excepted, we get there and they didn’t have room for us. Luckily 1 of us was sick so that was ok. The 2 of us sat down and a lady came to start our pedicure. I got 1/2 a pedicure with rough skin left all on the bottom of my feet, my friend didn’t even get that much done.. no moisturiser or feet done properly. We won’t be going back

New owners i believe. expensive service costs. acrylic nails applied very thin with no apex to balance the nail and protect from breakage. removal of old acrylic nail was done by wedging a tool underneath and flipping it off. NOT a good process for your natural nail. Service was friendly and they fitted me in without an appointment.
