I confirmed 2 hours prior to the appointment slot that i would like to confirm my appointment with Katie. As I had a course in the morning I said i would let them know my finish time to make sure I could make it, which they said was fine and which I followed through with. No reply to any of my messages. Drove 20 minutes to the salon and Katie ended up packing up early and heading home. Stuffed me around and didn't tell me this until 10 minutes after my appointment was suppose to start. Use Perfect Arch, far more reliable.
