Staff are professional - they explain what they're about to do and ask you information to make your experience more enjoyable. Always have a positive attitude. The establishment is always clean, and has an amazing scent!nnMejah turned my acrylics from a salon in a shopping centre to something more natural and better shaped to suit.

The staff are so so friendly!nAnd the eyelashes I got done are the best I have ever experienced by far, highly recommend. They care about their craft.nGetting a deluxe manicure was also a great experience :)

I had the most amazing and relaxing two hours. Gel nails, face polishing and reiki. The ladies were lovely and the Lofte was beautiful. I was very impressed with everything and shall be returning asap.

Had an beautiful morning at the Beauty Lofte this morning. Rebecca and Mejah were absolutely lovely, and I left not only with stunning nails but with glowing skin from a facial. A very relaxing experience, highly recommended!
